Manage or cancel my subscription

Your subscription goes through your Apple account. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, then Tapoti. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Restore my subscription on a new iPhone

In Tapoti, open Me, then “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple account.

Ask for a refund

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com with the account that paid.

Find my history

Your history syncs through your own iCloud. Check that iCloud is turned on for Tapoti in your iPhone settings, with the same Apple account.

Terms and privacy

Delete my data

In Tapoti, open Me, then “Delete my data”: your favorites, history and followed chapters are removed from your iPhone and your iCloud. Your subscription stays active.
